In middle finger- Buttonniere deformity: 
seen in rheumatoid arthritis involving hand. Deformity is characterized by flexion at pip joint and hyperxtention at dip joint. 
It is caused by tenosynovitis, tear in central slip, followed by radiographic changes in anal joints. Treatment requires stuff tissue release to arthrodesis.
